He is actively engaged with clients in a project and change management capacity and focuses on coaching leadership and management teams. Vijay has over 17 years of project management and consulting experience across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal, India and the USA with major companies. His roles have included project manager, program manager, coach, management consultant, business analyst and trainer. Vijay has led skill development workshops in project management with over 25 companies. </p><br /> <p>Vijay received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Cranfield School of Management, UK, is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), a Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®), a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). </p><p></p><p>He is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI®), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group (GPSEG) and the International President (East Coast) for the Cranfield School of Managements alumni body.</p><p></p><p>Vijay lives with his family in Central NJ, is an avid soccer fan and a consistent novice at golf. </p><img src="http://static.wix.com/media/f29e1c_344875a4e949dccef18ef1f3bb82adc4.png_128" alt="" /><br /> <p>Bob is an executive with expertise in building teams and combining process, technology and people to deliver shareholder value. He has been effective in transitioning a business concept or a chaotic operating environment into a systematic and efficient operating environment. His experience includes operational and consulting roles with both large established and startup organizations. </p><br /> <p>Bob recently was the Chief Operating Officer at CTB Networks, a start-up company in the wireless network industry. Prior to that he was the SVP of Product development at SES Americom and responsible for leading the launch of an Internet Protocol TV (IPTV) service. This effort entailed leading as multi-million dollar software/hardware/network integration project along with defining and implementing the necessary operating processes, organization and support systems to launch the business. Prior to SES, Bob has held a variety of leadership roles at General Electric Co.
