Joel is a certified professional coach and organization performance consultant and works with management teams to build more engaged and accountable teams, enhance leadership capability, and improve revenue and profitability. He is a Master Practitioner in Energy Leadership™ and has counseled senior executives in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. A seasoned executive, Joel is a former Partner with Ernst & Young LLP's process improvement practice. He is a gifted communicator, executive coach, trainer and facilitator and regularly leads workshops and seminars for his clients. He is a frequent guest speaker and lecturer and has written several articles for professional journals.
Joel serves as the Managing Partner of Headwinds Ltd. (www.accountable-workplace.com/headwinds_ltd) and the author of the forthcoming book, Conscious Leadership: Developing an Accountable and Committed Workplace From the Inside Out.
Joel has a Bachelors of Arts in Journalism from Marquette University, is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
