Beth brings 18 years of sales, marketing, management and human development experience to the coaching and training profession. Over the years she has served a diverse client base in the financial, media, travel, cosmetic, high tech and recruitment industries. Beth's coaching strength lies in her ability to integrate personal development with business results. Clients report improved bottom line, increased sales ability, greater organizational and managerial influence and clarity about goals. She is a skilled relationship manager who gets at the real issues and brings great insight into conflict management situations.
Beth serves as Partner at Forward Focus Inc. (www.forwardfocusinc.com) and is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She has a BA in Communications and Marketing from Boston College and has completed graduate courses in Training and Organizational Development at the New School.
Beth is an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
