Vijay founded the company in 2006 and is passionate about fulfilling the promises made to his clients. He is actively engaged with clients in a project and change management capacity and focuses on coaching leadership and management teams. Vijay has over 17 years of project management and consulting experience across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal, India and the USA with major companies. His roles have included project manager, program manager, coach, management consultant, business analyst and trainer. Vijay has led skill development workshops in project management with over 25 companies.
Vijay received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Cranfield School of Management, UK, is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), a Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®), a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).
He is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI®), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA™) and International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Vijay lives with his family in Central NJ, is an avid soccer fan and a consistent novice at golf.
